Justin Dal Hargrove arrested by Forney Police Department

Justin Dal Hargrove was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 3, 2014, at 10:44 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance in penalty group one in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group one in an amount of less than 1 gram. Bonds have not yet been set. Hargrove is described as a white male, date of birth November 2, 1990, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing 193 pounds.
