Jennifer Soule Keeney arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Jennifer Soule Keeney was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 12, 2014, at 9:09 a.m. She was arrested by the Kaufman Police Department and charged with four counts of failure to attend school parent or guardian contributing (filed March, 2013 by JP Pct 2 Forney), public intoxication (filed August, 2011), and five counts of failure to appear in those cases. Bonds have not yet been set. Keeney is described as a white female, date of birth February 26, 1981, with green eyes and blonde hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 225 pounds.
