Hector Diaz-Garcia arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety

Hector Diaz-Garcia was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 29, 2014, at 2:59 a.m. He was arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration equal to or greater than 0.15. Bond is set at $5000. Diaz-Garcia also has a hold for INS with no bond. Diaz-Garcia is described as a white male, date of birth May 10,1979, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5' 7" tall and weighing 160 pounds. Diaz-Garcia was arrested after he crashed his vehicle on Highway 80 in the area of Lawson and East Fork early Sunday morning. No other vehicles were involved.
