David Frank Luedecke arrested by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department

David Frank Luedecke was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on September 23, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. He was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff's Department and charged with theft of property of the value of $20,000 or more but less than $100,000. Bond is set at $25,000. Luedecke also has a hold out of Tarrant County for theft of property $1500 - $20,000. There is no bond on the hold. Luedecke is described as a white male, 44 years of age, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 6' 1" tall and weighing 240 pounds. This arrest stems from a case filed on June 4, 2014, for an incident which occurred on January 1, 2014.
