Carlos Alfredo Espinosa arrested by Forney Police Department

Carlos Alfredo Espinosa was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 25, 2014, at 7:20 p.m. He was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2-A in an amount of 2 ounces or less. Bond is set at $750. Espinosa is described as a white male, date of birth May 19, 1993, with brown eyes and black hair, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing 150 pounds. This appears to be an arrest from a case which was already pending in Kaufman County. The case was filed on September 12, 2014, stemming from an incident which occurred on August 18, 2014. The charge is a class “B” misdemeanor.
