Brenda Diane Ballard arrested by Forney Police Department

Brenda Diane Ballard was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on August 31, 2014, at 8:14 p.m. She was arrested and charged by Forney Police Department with possession of a controlled substance in an amount of 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams. Bond is set at $10,000. Ballard is described as a white female, date of birth August 27, 1970, with green eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 200 pounds. Records show a Dallas address for Ballard. She is currently on probation out of Dallas County for possession of methamphetamine and also has two previous possession of marijuana charges along with a dwi.
