Ashton Davis arrested by Terrell Police Department

Ashton Davis was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on September 18, 2014, at 6:23 p.m. He was arrested by the Terrell Police Department and charged with evading arrest or detention. Bond is set at $3000. Davis also has two holds for Dallas Police Department with no bonds set. Davis is described as a white male, date of birth February 26, 1997, with blue eyes and blonde hair, standing 5' 11" tall and weighing 158 pounds. This is his third arrest since he turned 17, less than 7 months ago. On March 27, 2014, he was arrested in Dallas for possession of marijuana in a drug free zone. On May 2, 2014, he was arrested for possession of marijuana also in Dallas. He is currently on bond in that case which is still pending. Now he is arrested again for evading arrest or detention in Terrell. Court records show both a Dallas and a Mesquite address for Davis.
