Kristopher Andrew Simmons arrested by Forney Police Department

Kristopher Andrew Simmons was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on August 10, 2014, at 6:33 pm. Simmons was arrested by the Forney Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 under 28 grams, and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. Bonds have not yet been set. Simmons is described as a white male, with brown eyes and hazel hair, standing 6' tall and weighing 195 pounds. His date of birth is September 11, 1990. Kaufman County court records indicate Simmons was previously charged with possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, graffiti with pecuniary loss less than $1500, possession of drug paraphernalia, three failure to appears, and assault by contact.
