Hollie Francis Hardy arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

Hollie Francis Hardy was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on August 15, 2014, at 12:08 a.m. She was arrested and charged by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department with credit card or debit card abuse of elderly person. Bond has not yet been set. Hardy is described as a white female, date of birth December 21, 1980, with blue eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 1” tall and weighing 110 pounds. Hardy was indicted on this charge on October 7, 2014. The offense is alleged to have occurred on June 14, 2014, and is a third-degree felony.
