Dustin Lee Freeman arrested by Rockwall County Sheriff's Department

DustiDustin Lee Freemann Lee Freeman was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on August 1, 2014, at 12:53 a.m. He was arrested by the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Department and charged with driving while intoxicated 2nd. Bond has not yet been set. Freeman is described as a white male, 29 years of age, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 170 pounds. Additional charges were added: driving while intoxicated, bond $4000; obstructing a highway or passageway, bond $4000; driving with license invalid, bond $500. The last post on his facebook page from earlier in the evening indicated he was at a happy hour in Rockwall. Looks like that did not work out too well. His page indicates he is from Rockwall and attended Rockwall HS but lives in Austin. The reason he does not seem too concerned is because he already got probation for two previous dwi's and had a dwi 2nd and an assault on a family member causing bodily injury both dismissed, all in Rockwall county. (The happy hour facebook post has since been deleted but a screenshot still exists.)
