Carter Costeen Bradshaw arrested by Crandall Police Department

Carter Costeen Bradshaw was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on August 20, 2014. Bradshaw was arrested and charged by Crandall Police Department with possession of a tobacco product by a minor.
