Kristi Marie Hendley arrested by Forney Police Deparment

Kristi Marie Hendley was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 22, 2014, at 7:25 p.m. She was arrested and charged by Forney Police Department with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 over one gram but under four grams. Bond is set at $10,000. Hendley is also charged with three counts of theft by check over $20 and under $500 by Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department with bonds set at $750 on each case, and a hold for Rains County Sheriff’s Department with bond set at $500. Hendley is described as a white female, date of birth September 16, 1974, with brown eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 5” tall and weighing 150 pounds.
