Kevin Ray Davis arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Kevin Ray Davis was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 17, 2014, at 7:44 p.m. He was arrested and charged by Kaufman Police Department with possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 under one gram in a drug free zone, bond $25,000, and engaging in organized criminal activity, bond $20,000.
