Joscelyn Brooke Hammer arrested by Kaufman Police Department

Joscelyn Brooke Hammer was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 7, 2014, at 10:03 p.m. She was arrested and charged by Kaufman Police Department with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 under one gram, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, and public intoxication. Bonds have not yet been set on the charges. Hammer is described as a white female, date of birth May 18, 1979, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 8” tall and weighing 145 pounds
