David Eugene Charles arrested by Kaufman County Sheriff's Department

David Eugene Charles was booked into the Kaufman County Jail on July 24, 2014, at 7:10 p.m. He was arrested by the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Department on three charges of bond forfeiture by the Kaufman County DA’s Office. Charles shows to have charges of evading arrest or detention, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 under one gram, and theft of property over $20,000 but less than $100,000 pending in Kaufman County. Bonds have not yet been set. Charles is described as a white male, date of birth November 29, 1985, with hazel eyes and brown hair, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing 175 pounds. He even posted the arrest on his Facebook page.
