Andrea Suzanne Lashley was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on July 15, 2014, at 3:43 p.m. She (?) was arrested and charged by Rockwall County Sheriff’s Department with driving while intoxicated 3^rd or more and is being held without bond. Lashley is described as a white female (?), 45 years of age, with green eyes and blonde hair, standing 5’ 9” tall and weighing 160 pounds. Is there something wrong here?
