Timothy Allan Stroud arrested by Rockwall Police Department

Timothy Allan Stroud was booked into Rockwall County Jail on June 2, 2014, charged with driving while intoxicated 2^nd and resisting search or transport. Stroud was arrested and charged by Rockwall Police Department. Stroud does not yet have bonds set on the charges. He was admitted at 9:18 p.m. Stroud is described as a white male, 52 years of age with blue eyes and green hair, standing 5’ 10” tall and weighing 175 pounds.
