April Ryan Bailey arrested by Rockwall Police Department

April Ryan Bailey was booked into the Rockwall County Jail on June 15, 2014, and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container, two charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3, under 28 grams, and possession of a dangerous drug. Bailey was arrested and charged by Rockwall Police Department. She is being held on bonds of $750, plus 3 bonds of $1000 each. She was admitted at 2:16 a.m. Bailey is described as a white female, 37 years of age, with blue eyes and blond hair, standing 5' 6" tall and weighing 165 pounds.
